For Single is a specialty coffee shop for every coffee lovers. Each season, we bring coffee beans from a selected origin and sharing with you stories behind it in different perspectives. We aim to create fresh and unique experience on your every visit , and to cultivate appreciation of the distinctive coffee sensations from the chosen origin.

Single malt whisky is malt whisky from a single distillery. Although whisky is made from very simple ingredients, each distillery has their distinct characters. We like to back to origin - to appreciate the uniqueness of each distillery. We have different theme per season and let’s get into the whisky world together.

ALASITAS
The Alasitas farm is located at the door of the Amazon Jungle and with the view of layers of mountains that vanish into infinity merging with the blue colors of the sky. It was created with the vision of becoming a model farm local coffee growers could learn from, thus helping them realize the vast potential of their land and crops.
Agricafe was also awarded for SCA’s Sustainable Business Model Award in 2019.
CASK MATTERS
A cask (Scotland) or a barrel (US) is a hollow cylindrical container with a bulging centre. They are traditionally made of wooden staves and bound by wood or metal hoops.
The cask maturation of whisky is one of the most influential processes in defining the taste of whisky. In Scotland the spirit must mature in casks for a minimum of three years before it is legally allowed to be called whisky. While the length of time for cask maturation is important, the type of the cask however is crucial. The wood of the cask adds different complex flavours to the distillery character that is already in the new made spirit....
