SHIPPING POLICY

You will be given an indication of the expected delivery time when you place your order online. For Single's team will try their best to meet these estimates but cannot guarantee that such estimates must be met.

For Single provides free shipping on all orders above HK$400 (after discounts and vouchers have been applied). Orders under HK$400 will be subjected to a shipping fee, which depends on the products. For Single reserves the right to update its shipping policy at its sole discretion without prior notice.

RETURN POLICY

In order to provide you with the best possible online shopping experience, For Single maintains a 14-day return policy. If for the defect of the product or which is not as described as your purchase, you can return your order for a full refund or exchange.

You can return your order for up to 14 days from the purchase date.
Products must be in original condition, with all tags attached, and must be returned in the original undamaged box and/or packaging.
Return items must not fall under the list of non-refundable brands / items here.
Please note that we will not be able to provide a refund on any shipping fees charged for the original order.
You will be responsible for the shipping fee of returning products.
